Stay positive
When inducting new recruits Maria teaches two key lessons: There is shit in every day. Most days you will step over it, some days you will walk straight in it and every now and then you will fall face first in it. Find comfort in chaos. When it’s crazy stay focused, all efforts base on Problem-Solution, call for help where needed and stay calm. There isn’t a challenge our team can’t conquer with the sweetness of honey!
